By accessing and using RestuMenu, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use RestuMenu for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Service Description

RestuMenu provides a SaaS platform for restaurants to create and manage digital QR code menus.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

RestuMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
